AltSpace provides a flexible workspace without the long-term contracts or expense of a serviced office. Whether you need a place to work, a meeting room for a client or a quiet place to catch-up on your paperwork, AltSpace can assist you.

Right in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, AltSpace is available by the hour, day, week or month to suit your needs and is not managed by a distant landlord or property manager.

We offer packages aimed at individuals and firms who need access to all the basics, such as desks, servers, boardroom and meeting-room facilities and reception.

AltSpace services fall under two broad approaches.

1. Monthly and on going membership plans which include reasonable use of all the amenities of AltSpace at a fixed price for members.
2. Casual or ad hoc usage, which is a pay as you go approach per hour day or week.

The following are the details for each approach.

Membership Plans

Resident

Exclusive use of a desk 7 days a week at AltSpace and reasonable use of all the amenities.

Nomad

The Nomad Plan provides the use of a desk up to 2 days a week and all the same amenities as the Resident Plan.

Capital Office

Operating out of Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin or another centre and need a presence in the capital? AltSpace offers a competitive regional office package that may just suit your needs without the heavy start up costs or minimum commitment.

VOIP Phone & Fax Service

Full telephony solution that includes voicemail, remote access and call forwarding, with either your own VOIP handset or using software installed on your computer.

Casual Usage

Meeting Rooms

AltSpace has four meeting rooms with high-speed wired and wifi Internet access available to book. When you book one of our meeting rooms we can greet you and your clients with your company’s logo in our reception and provide tea, coffee and biscuits. Catering can be arranged at cost plus cleaning fee of $50. Use our videoconference facilities in any of our meeting rooms for an extra $25 per hour.

Boardroom (Tui)

A boardroom that seats 12 people

Executive Office (Kea)

A private meeting room that seats 8 people with amazing harbour views.

Standard Room (Weka and Pukeko)

A meeting room for up to 6 people.

Desk

Need a desk in the city for a few hours or days? AltSpace can suit your needs with access to all the amenities during office hours

Other Services

PC Rental

Need a computer? You can rent one of our PCs with a 17”inch LCD screen.

Lockers

Store your stuff in our lockers for $15 per month per locker. Each locker can store a computer bag or mid sized travel bag.
